University of Kashmir Provisional list of Candidates Released

List of Candidates for the post of UDC Contractual in Population Research Centre with Observations

It is notified for the information of all the candidates who have submitted their application forms through Google link in response to Advertisement Notice (Revised) No-1 of 2025, dated July 31, 2O25 f or the post of Upper Division Clerk (UDC) (Contractual) that the provisional list of applicants with observations is given in Annexure-l of this Notice. Further, if any candidate finds any discrepancy regarding his/her status, he/she may approach in person (no communication through e-moil or telephonic conversation will be entertained) to the office of the undersigned with documentary proof within 07 days from the date of issuance of this Notice i.e. up to and including L3-LL-2O25 (Thursday up-to 4.30 PM). No claim after the last date for clearance of discrepancy (if any) shall be entertained.

Further, all those candidates who have been advised (mentioned in the observation column) to submit the required document/s must submit the hard copy of the same by 13-11-2025 (Thursday, up-to 4.30 PM). ln case they fail to submit the required document/s by the
stipulated date and time will be deemed “Not Eligible”‘ without any further communication.
