JK High Court Important Notification regarding 16 Posts
Withdrawal of schedule of the written examination in respect of recruitment of District Judges (Direct Quota) in pursuance to Advertisement Notification No. 05 of 2024/RG dated 08.08.2024.
NOTIFICATION
It is notified for the information of all concerned that. the schedule of the written examination for the recruitment to 16 posts of District Judges (Entry Level), notified vide Notification No. 3404 of 2025/RG/GS dated 29.10.2025, is withdrawn, in view of the Order dated 09.10.2025,· passed by Hon’ble Supreme Court in Civil Appeal No. 3947 of 2020 titled Rejanish K.V. Vs K Deepa and Ors, and pending amendment of the relevant recruitment rules as directed therein.
Any further development in this regard shall be notified in due course
