Transfers and Postings of Judicial Officers
ORDER
No.: 1638 of 2025/RG Dated:14.11.2025
In the interest of administration, the following transfers and postings of Judicial Officers are hereby ordered :
District Judges
1. Shri Yash Paul Bourney, Principal District and Sessions Judge, Jammu is transferred and posted as Member, J&K Special Tribunal,
Jammu on deputation basis against t he vacant post.
2. Shri Ravinder Nath Wattal, Principal District and Sessions Judge, Samba is transferred and posted as Principal District and Sessions Judge, Jam mu vice Shri Yash Paul Bourney.
3. Shri Mohinder Kumar Sharma, Principal Secretary to Hon’ble the Chief Justice is transferred and posted as Registrar General, High
Court of J&K and Ladakh. He shall also hold the additional charge of Principal Secretary to Hon’ble the Chief Justice.
4 . Ms. Jeema Bashir, Presiding Officer MACT, Srinagar is repatriated from deputation and posted as Principal District and Sessions
Judge, Bandipora vice Shri Khalil Ahmed Chowdhary.
5. Shri Haq Nawaz Zargar, Special Judge Anti Corruption, Jammu is transferred and posted as Principal District and Sessions Judge,
Srinagar vice Shri Tasleem Arief.
6. Shri Tasleem Arief, Principal District and Sessions Judge, Srinagar is transferred and posted as Special Judge Anti Corruption, Srinagar against the vacant post.
