Conduct of interviews for Class-IV posts, J&K
It is notified for the information of all the teemed that document verification cum interview of the candidates who have applied for 75 class IV posts in District Rajouri in response to advertisement Notice No. 01 of 2006 dated 22.03.2006 and have re-submitted their qualification .u r a t j k u p d a t e s.documents in response of Notification No. Estt/Adv/104-28 dated 22.05.2017 8 Notification No. Estt/Adv/221-45 dated 01.07.2017 shall be conducted w.e.f 10-01-201810 19.01.2018 at the venue date and time as per schedule given at Annexure -A.
Detailed list of the candidates, called for interview is given at Annexure — IV of this notice.
It is further notified that:
The interview schedule and particulars of the eligible candidates will also be available in the offices of Deputy Director, District Employment and Counseling Centre, Rajouri I all Tehsil offices and official website (http://www.rajouri.nic.in).
2 All/any additional qualifications I reserved category .u r a t j k u p d a t e s.certificate acquired by the candidate after the last date of receipt of application forms i.e 15.04.2006 shall not be entertained.
Mere figuring of name in the list does not entitle the candidate to appear in the interview as it shall be subject to the scrutiny of all testimonials of the candidates shortlisted.
No separate interview call letter shall be issued to any candidate whose name figures in the said list and this notice shall be deemed to be interview call to appear before .u r a t j k u p d a t e s.the interview committee on the schedule date & time. A candidate who fails to appear in the interview on the given date shall not be interviewed later and shall forfeit his/her right of consideration.
In case of any deficiency with reference to eligibility etc .u r a t j k u p d a t e s.proved at the time of interview, the candidate shall not be allowed to applar in the interview, or if any deficiency is found subsequently the candidate shall not be considered for selection and will be treated as disqualified.
The candidate shall have to produce all original certificates / testimonials as asked for vide above referred advertisement notification before the interview committee at the time of interview. The candidates who fail to produce such certificates / testimonials may forfeit their candidature.
7• Any l candidate found guilty of impersonating or submitting fabricated I tampered documents / testimonials or making false statement, incorrect statement or suppressing .u r a t j k u p d a t e s.material Information shall be rendered liable to criminal prosecution under law and may be debarred permanently or for a specific period for consideration for any or all recruitments made by the Board. Also canvassing / lobbying in any form will entail disqualification of the candidate.
Any candidate who has failed to re-submit the education qualification documents at designated centers in response to Notification No. Estt/Adv/104-28 dated 22.052017 & .u r a t j k u p d a t e s.Notification No. Estt/Adv/221.45 dated 01.07.2017 may also appear before the interview committee on reserved day as indicated in the schedule provided that such candidate produces receipt/proof of submission of application form in response to advertisement Notice No. 01 of 2006 dated 22.012006.
No TA/DA shall be paid for participation in the interview.
