Filling up of Principal and Teaching Faculty posts in Kashmir Tibbia College, Hospital & Research Centre Taleemabad Shilvath Sumbal, District Bandipora, Jammu & Kashmir.
Applications on the prescribed form (downloadable from the college website) are invited from candidates possessing the prescribed academic/professional qualification, experience, and age for various faculty posts.
Principal – 1 Post
Department: Any department preferably clinical department
Qualification:
(i) Bachelor’s Degree in Unani Medicine from any University recognized under IMCC/NCISM Act
(ii) Post Graduate Degree in concerned or allied subjects from an institution recognized by CCIM/NCISM
(iii) Qualified National Teachers Eligibility Test (NTET)
OR
Possession of valid Teachers Code as Assistant Professor / Associate Professor / Professor allotted by CCIM/NCISM.
Associate Professor – 1 Post
Departments: Jarahat; Ain, Uzan, Anaf, Halaq wa Asnan; Qabalat wa Amraz-e-Niswan; Kulliyat; Tashreeh ul Badan
Qualification: Same as above (PG Degree + NTET or valid Teacher’s Code)
Assistant Professor – 1 Post
Department: Qabalat wa Amraz-e-Niswan
Qualification: Same academic qualifications as above
Experience Required :
Principal: Same as Professor plus 3 years administrative experience as Vice Principal, Head of Department, Medical Superintendent, or Deputy Medical Superintendent.
Professor: 10 years teaching experience as Assistant Professor or 5 years as Associate Professor.
Associate Professor: 5 years teaching experience as Assistant Professor.
Assistant Professor: No teaching experience required.
Age :
Maximum age limit for all categories: Less than 65 years
Pay :
Principal (with PG qualification): ₹60,000/-
Professor (with PG qualification): ₹55,000/-
Associate Professor (with PG qualification): ₹45,000/-
Assistant Professor (with PG qualification): ₹35,000/-
Note:
Management may appoint any faculty member on higher pay depending on qualification, experience, and merit.
Provision of Allied Subjects :
Tashreeh ul Badan: Ilmul Jarahat or Kulliyate Tib or BUMS and MSc Anatomy
Ain, Uzan, Anaf, Halaq wa Asnan: Jarahat or Moalajat
