ED files Prosecution complaint before Court in Jammu

ED, Zonal Office has filed a Prosecution Complaint (PC) before the Court of Hon’ble Principal and Sessions Judge (Designated Special Court (PMLA), Jammu against Abdul Momin Peer and his wife Syed Sadaf Andrabi, under PMLA, 2002 in the case of activities related to drug smuggling / trafficking and terror funding.
