SIA Conducts Raids in Srinagar, Ganderbal in Ongoing Probe Into Doctors Terror Module

The State Investigation Agency (SIA) on Friday launched fresh raids at two locations in connection with the ongoing investigation into the recently unearthed doctors’ terror module, officials said.

A top official told news agency Kashmir News Corner, that an SIA team carried out a search at the residence of Tufail Ahmad Bhat, son of Niyaz Ahmad Bhat, a resident of Diyarwani Batmaloo, Srinagar.

Tufail, an AC technician by profession, was recently arrested by the agency for his alleged involvement in the case.

Simultaneously, another raid was conducted in Ganderbal, as part of the same investigation aimed at uncovering further links and evidence connected to the module, the officer added.

The searches are ongoing, and more details are awaited.
