J&K STATE AIDS CONTROL SOCIETY RECRUITMENT

Applications on prescribed Performa are invited from the permanent residents of J&K State for the following contractual posts available in Opioid Substitution Therapy Centre at General Hospital Community Centre, Institute of Mental Health & Neuro-Science Srinagar, Psychiatric Hospital, Govt. Medical College, Srinagar for different services mentioned against each:-

The appointment is purely temporary for a period of one year on contract basis or till life of project whichever is earlier. However, In case of unsatisfactory peformance, the contractual appointment can be terminated without any prior notke by the Society.

The candidate would have no claim for permanent absorption in JKSACS / Health Department / Govt of J&K.

The selected candidates will have to work under the supervision of concerned HOD. The interested candidates are requested to send their applications on the prescribed Performa along with the relevant documents (attested true copies of Degree / Diploma Certificate, DOB Certificate, State Subject /Experience Certificates, if any) to General Hospital Community Centre, Institute of Mental Health & Neuro-Science Srinagar, Psychiatric Hospital,

Govt. Medical College, Srinagar by or before 25 January 2018 and the Interview of candidates shall be held on 29″ January 2018 at 11.30 AM In the office of J&K State AIDS Control Society, 48- Samunder Bagh, Exchange Road, Srinagar (Kashmir).

The candidates already who applied through Notification 01 of 2017 dated 03/07/2017, and Notification No: 02 of 2017 dated 25/10/2017 need to apply fresh.

0 Assess patients for suitability of Initiation Into substitution therapy.

0 Prescribe suitable doses of OST medicine to appropriate patients, and conduct regular follow ups.

0 Provide routine health chedcand basic health-care.

0 Provide basic information to the clients and family members about the treatment process.

0 Referrals to ICTC for HIV diagnosis and other institutions for advanced care treatment help the centre.
