Provisional Select List of candidates for the various posts advertised vide Advertisement No. 04 of 2025 under Endorsement No. DC/Rbn/Plg/2025/100-102, dated 10-10-2025 under Mission YUVA.

Whereas, the office of the District Development Commissioner, Ramban, advertised various posts under Mission YUVA vide Advertisement No. 04 of 2025 under Endorsement No. DC/Rbn/Plg/2025/100-102 dated 10-10-2025, prescribing 09-11-2025 as the last date for submission of applications;

Whereas, upon preliminary scrutiny of documents submitted by the applicants online, only six (06) candidates were found eligible for interview as per the criteria laid down in Guideline Clause No. 4.3.1;

Whereas, the interview of the eligible candidates was scheduled for 27-11-2025 vide Notice No. DECC/Rbn/2025-26/722-28 dated 25-11-2025;

Whereas, due to the Additional Deputy Commissioner, Ramban being on leave, the Deputy Commissioner, Ramban (Chairperson, Interview Panel) nominated the Assistant Commissioner, Revenue, Ramban as a member of the Interview Panel in place of the ADC, Ramban;

Whereas, the interview of the candidates was conducted by the duly constituted Interview Panel, vide Order No. DCR/Rbn/PS/2025-26/95-96 dated 03-10-2025, on 27-11-2025 at the VC Room, DC Office, Ramban;

Whereas, out of the six (06) shortlisted candidates, two (02) candidates Mr. Showket Ali Rather bearing S. No. 1 and Ms. Sobiya Azad bearing S. No. 3 of the Interview Notice remained absent on the scheduled date of interview and were accordingly treated as disqualified;

Whereas, upon physical verification of documents, the candidate Mr. Adil Manzoor Wani at S. No. 2 of the Interview Notice was found to be in possession of an experience certificate not relevant to the advertised post, in contravention of the eligibility criteria prescribed under Guideline Clause No. 4.3.1, and was therefore declared ineligible by the Interview Panel;

Now, therefore, on the basis of the performance in the interview, weightage accorded for academic merit, qualifications, experience, and all other relevant parameters, the consolidated merit list of the eligible candidates who appeared in the interview is hereby appended as Annexure to this Notification.

Consequent upon the details given herein-above, the following candidates are provisionally selected against the available posts by the Interview Panel.

The selection of the candidates is purely provisional and is subject to the outcome of writ petition(s) pending before any competent Court of Law.

The selection is provisional and objections if any may be submitted to this office within 03 days for examination and disposal. No claim, whatsoever, shall be entertained after 03 days from the date of issuance of this notification.
