The fee charged from SC/ST/PWD category candidates during online application would be later refunded upon their participation in the written exam/interview

The refund amount will be made to the source account/debit card/credit card from which the fee was paid, duly deducting GST/bank charges

Fee submitted through any other mode except online will not be accepted and applications will be summarily rejected

  • Duration: 2.5 Hours (150 minutes)
  • NO negative marking
  • PWD candidates eligible for compensatory time of 50 minutes
  • Minimum qualifying marks: 50% for UR/EWS; 45% for SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/PWD against reserved posts
• Phase II: Document Scrutiny
  • Based on Written Test results and number of vacancies
  • Documents uploaded during online application will be scrutinized by RITES Ltd.
  • Only information filled in the Online Application Form shall be considered
  • Scrutiny may be conducted online or from RITES’ Regional/Project/Inspection Offices
• Final Selection:
  • Candidates provisionally shortlisted will be placed in the panel
  • Deployment based on project/company requirements
  • Empanelment does NOT guarantee selection/right to the job
  • Medical examination as per RITES Rules required
• Candidates have the option to appear for the selection process either in Hindi or English

Written Test Syllabus (125 Questions): 

• Quantitative Aptitude (35 Questions): Number system, arithmetic, geometry, algebra, series, trigonometry, quadratic equations, mensuration, average, profit loss, ratio and proportion, work time, time & distance, probability, simple and compound interest, permutation and combination
• Data Interpretation (35 Questions): Analysis and interpretation of data in tables, charts, graphs, series
• Logical Reasoning (35 Questions): Problem-solving, puzzles, seating arrangements, inequalities, venn diagrams, blood relations, directions, orders & ranking, verbal reasoning, spatial abilities, pattern recognition
• Basic Awareness/General Knowledge (20 Questions): Current Affairs (National & International, sports, awards), Static GK (Indian History, geography, polity, economy, culture, general science)

• RITES Ltd. is a Navratna Central Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Railways, Govt. of India
• RITES is a premier multi-disciplinary consultancy organization in transport, infrastructure and related technologies
• All vacancies are specific to a particular REGION and DISCIPLINE
• A candidate shall apply for ONE VACANCY (VC No.) ONLY, regardless of their place of domicile
• The written test for all vacancies will be conducted at the SAME DATE & TIME
• These posts are in addition to similar posts notified earlier vide Vacancy Nos. M/73/25 to M/76/25
• The appointment shall be purely on contract basis initially for a period of one year, extendable until completion of assignment
• Continuation of service shall be subject to requirement of project/company and satisfactory performance/conduct
