The District Administration, Kishtwar invites applications for key contractual roles under the Small Business Development Unit (SBDU) and Business Help Desks (BHDs) initiative under Mission YUVA.

Available Positions and Remuneration (Lump Sum):

One post of SBDU Lead with monthly remuneration of Rs. 50,000.

Two posts of SBDU Coordinator with monthly remuneration of Rs. 35,000 each.

One post of SBDU Financial Expert with monthly remuneration of Rs. 35,000.

One post of SBDU Enterprise Development Expert with monthly remuneration of Rs. 35,000.

Four posts of BHD Lead with monthly remuneration of Rs. 40,000 each.

Eight posts of BHD Coordinator with monthly remuneration of Rs. 35,000 each.

Eligibility Criteria:
The candidate must be between 21 to 45 years of age as on the date of notification.
The applicant must be a domicile of Jammu & Kashmir.
The candidate must possess a graduate degree of at least three years duration with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA from a university recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC).

The qualifying degree must be in one of the following disciplines: Business Administration, Management, Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Chartered Accountant (CA) issued by ICAI, or Cost and Management Accountant (CMA/ICWA) issued by ICMAI.

The candidate must have full-time, paid, post-qualification work experience in areas such as entrepreneurship development, MSME promotion, startup incubation, livelihoods, market linkage, skill development, or program management in the development or government sector.
