Eligibility Criteria :
- Only Indian Nationals may apply.
- Age, Qualification and Experience should be as on 07th January 2026.
- Under qualifying marks, First Class is reckoned at 60% aggregate (relaxable by 5% for SC/ST & PwD); candidates with CGPA/credits must provide conversion formula.
- SC/ST candidates must submit SC/ST Caste Certificate in the prescribed format for Government of India posts.
- OBC candidates must submit OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) certificate in the prescribed Government of India format and a self-undertaking of OBC (NCL) status; OBC certificate should not be older than six months as on last date.
- PwD candidates must submit PwD certificate in the prescribed format; age relaxation of additional 10 years is applicable for PwD with minimum 40% disability.
- Post Qualification Experience (PQE) is counted only after obtaining the required qualification; only employment after the requisite qualification is considered.
- Private sector candidates must be employed in regular capacity and submit experience certificate on company letterhead.
- Candidates employed in Central/State Govt., Autonomous bodies, Quasi-Govt. and PSUs must apply through proper channel or produce NOC, and should have worked at least one year in immediate lower scale (not applicable to Grade II, Group B & C).
- Candidates must ensure that they fulfill all eligibility criteria (qualification, experience, age, category, PwD as applicable); any false information or discrepancy leads to cancellation/termination.
- Post-wise essential qualifications include: First Class full-time Degree in Engineering in relevant disciplines; CA/ICWA/CMA; First Class full-time MBA with Finance as major; two-year full-time First Class PG degree/diploma in HR/IR/Personnel Management/MSW/MA Social Work (HR/IR); First Class Master’s Degree in Hindi with English at degree level; Three years First Class Diploma (for Diploma Trainees); First Class full-time Graduate Degree (for Office Assistant Trainees), with additional desirable qualifications and experience as per each post description.
Salary/Stipend :
- Sr. Manager (Grade V): Pay Scale Rs. 70,000 – 2,00,000.
- Manager (Grade IV): Pay Scale Rs. 60,000 – 1,80,000.
- Officer/Engineer (Grade II): Pay Scale Rs. 40,000 – 1,40,000.
- Asst. Engineer (Grade I): Pay Scale Rs. 30,000 – 1,20,000.
- Diploma Trainees (Wage Group S1 on absorption): Pay Scale Rs. 23,910 – 85,570; stipend Rs. 17,000/- PM during 1 year training; Rs. 20,500/- PM & Rs. 25,500/- PM during first and second year of contract.
- Office Assistant Trainees (Wage Group B on absorption): Pay Scale Rs. 16,900 – 60,650; stipend Rs. 20,000/- PM in first year and Rs. 23,500/- PM in second year of contract.
- Besides Basic Pay, eligible for Variable Dearness Allowance, Perquisites & Allowances (currently 13.78% of Basic Pay under Cafeteria System), Company Accommodation/House Rent Allowance, Provident Fund, Gratuity, PRP etc. as per Company rules.
Age Limit (as on 07-01-2026)
- Dy. General Manager (Grade VII): Upper age limit – 50 years for SC/ST, 48 years for OBC.
- Asst. General Manager (Grade VI): Upper age limit – 47 years for SC/ST, 45 years for OBC.
- Sr. Manager (Grade V): Upper age limit – 44 years for SC/ST, 42 years for OBC.
- Manager (Grade IV): Upper age limit – 39 years for SC/ST, 37 years for OBC.
- Officer/Engineer (Grade II): Upper age limit – 34 years for SC/ST, 32 years for OBC.
- Asst. Engineer (Grade I): Upper age limit – 34 years for SC/ST, 32 years for OBC.
- Diploma Trainees (Wage Group S1 – on absorption): Upper age limit – 34 years for SC/ST, 32 years for OBC.
- Office Assistant Trainees (Wage Group B – on absorption): Upper age limit – 34 years for SC/ST, 32 years for OBC.
- For PwD candidates, upper age limit relaxable by additional 10 years over and above SC/ST/OBC relaxation; maximum age with relaxation shall not exceed 57 years.
- Upper age limit can be relaxed for candidates of all categories subject to equivalent years of excess PQE, within the maximum limit of 57 years.
Application Fee :
- Eligible and interested OBC candidates applying for the above positions (not applicable for SC/ST/PwDs) must pay a non-refundable fee of Rs. 500/-.

- SC/ST/PwD candidates are exempted from payment of application fee as per the notification.

Selection Process :
- Eligible candidates will be shortlisted for assessment based on eligibility criteria (qualification, experience, age, category, PwD etc.).
- Based on assessment, shortlisted candidates must undergo pre-employment medical examination and original document verification; appointment is subject to meeting medical standards and satisfactory medical report.
- Any shortcoming during document verification (falsification, wrong declaration, non-production of originals) results in rejection.
- For post codes L036, L037, L038 and L039, selection will be based on written exam at Bangalore (to & fro fares reimbursed based on eligibility) assessing domain ability (not for L039), reasoning ability, general awareness and English ability.
- Merely meeting conditions of advertisement does not entitle a candidate to be called for assessment; Screening Committee may adopt its own criteria for shortlisting.
- Only candidates meeting all eligibility norms need apply; receiving call for assessment/interview does not guarantee selection.

- While filling online application, experience section should first list latest experience, followed by previous experiences; a brief pen picture of experience relevant to the position must be written.
- Candidates must upload scanned copies of photograph, signature, category certificates, academic certificates and mark sheets, identity proof, experience documents, detailed resume, current reporting structure and latest pay-slip as per checklist.
