Eligibility Criteria : 

Associate Engineer Grade III (Civil) – Position Code A :

• Essential Qualifications: B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc (Engg.) in Civil with at least 60% or equivalent CGPI
• Experience: 9 years post qualification experience. Out of 09 years minimum 5 years relevant experience should be in Construction Management and Project execution in refinery/petrochemical/Cross Country Pipeline
• Desirable: Experience in LNG Port, Offshore and Jetty Project site shall be an added advantage

Associate Engineer Grade III (Mechanical) – Position Code B :

• Essential Qualifications: B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc (Engg.) in Mechanical with at least 60% or equivalent CGPI
• Experience: 9 years post qualification experience. Out of 09 years minimum 5 years relevant experience should be in Construction Management and Project execution in refinery/petrochemical/Cross Country Pipeline
• Desirable: Experience in LNG Port, Offshore and Jetty Project site shall be an added advantage

Associate Engineer Grade III (Welding/NDT) – Position Code C:

• Essential Qualifications: B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc (Engg.) in Mechanical/Welding NDT and with ASNT Level-II Certificate (in RT/UT/MPT/LPT) with at least 60% or equivalent CGPI
• Experience: 9 years post qualification experience. Out of 09 years minimum 5 years relevant experience should be in Construction Management and Project execution in refinery/petrochemical/Cross Country Pipeline
• Desirable: Experience in LNG Port, Offshore and Jetty Project site shall be an added advantage

Associate Engineer Grade III (Electrical) – Position Code D :

• Essential Qualifications: B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc (Engg.) in Electrical with at least 60% or equivalent CGPI
• Experience: 9 years post qualification experience. Out of 09 years minimum 5 years relevant experience should be in Construction Management and Project execution in refinery/petrochemical/Cross Country Pipeline

Associate Engineer Grade IV (Civil) – Position Code F :

Salary/Stipend :

Note: Consolidated Monthly Remuneration includes HRA and PF

Selection Process :

• Screening of applications and certificates on the day of interview to ascertain eligibility
• Personal Interview for eligible candidates
• Candidates meeting eligibility requirements in all respects only will be considered for further selection process
• Depending on the number of candidates, interviews may be held up to 08:00 PM on the same day
• If required, interviews will be continued on the next day
• Selection is based on the details provided in the online application form

 

General Information/Instructions :

• The hiring shall be purely on fixed term basis initially for a period of 1-2 Years, and further extendable if required, until completion of the assignment and subject to satisfactory performance, for a maximum period of 3 years from the initial date of joining
• Unless the services are terminated earlier, the hiring shall stand automatically terminated on the expiry of the aforesaid period
• Candidates shall be required to work anywhere in India and abroad depending on the requirement
• The selected candidates shall be allowed to join only if found medically fit
• No claim for regular appointment in EIL by virtue of having worked on fixed term basis will be entertained
• Place of posting shall be at different construction Sites spread across the country including Bina, Dahej, Vadinar, Vishakhapatnam, Raipur, etc.
• The place of posting can be anywhere in India and abroad depending upon the organizational requirement
• Reservation for PwDs (Persons with Disability) shall be as per Government of India directives. Persons with 40% or more disability only are eligible to apply under PwD category
• A candidate can apply for one position only in the subject advertisement. In case of multiple applications from a candidate, the latest one shall be considered as final, and the older applications shall be rejected without any notice
• The email address specified in the application should be valid/functional for at least 24 months from the date of the submission of application
• Any change in advertisement/clarification/corrigendum, if required, shall be published in EIL’s website www.engineersindia.com only
• Candidates shall make their own arrangements for travel and stay. No allowances will be paid
• Court of jurisdiction for any dispute will be at Delhi
• EIL reserves the right to cancel the advertisement and/or the selection process there under without assigning any reason
• Candidates selected shall be required to join within 15 days of announcement of results by mail/publication in website
• Only candidates who are willing to join within the stipulated time shall appear for the walk-in interview
• In case of non-availability of any original document to meet the eligibility criteria, candidate will not be considered for further selection process
• Candidates presently working shall produce No Objection Certificate (in original) in case of candidates working in/under Central/State/Autonomous Body
• Furnishing of wrong/false information will be a disqualification and EIL will NOT be responsible for disqualification as a consequence of furnishing of such wrong/false information

• Step 1: Visit the official website www.engineersindia.com and go to the career link
• Step 2: Read carefully all the instructions given on the website
• Step 3: Fill in the online form with all the relevant correct details. While filling the percentage of marks, round off percentage to lower whole number (e.g., for 60.9, write 60). Round off CGPA to the lower decimal (e.g., for 6.95, write 6.9)
• Step 4: Keep the properly scanned copies (readable form) of the following documents ready for uploading: Latest Passport size colour photograph in .jpg/.jpeg format of not more than 75 KB size, and Signature in .jpg/.jpeg format of not more than 25 KB size
• Step 5: Submit the online application between 00:00 hrs on 22.12.2025 till 23:59 hrs on 31.12.2025
• Step 6: Take printout of the registered application form (6 copies), affix colour photograph and bring while reporting for walk-in interview
• Step 7: Candidates are not required to send the print out of the registered application form by post
• Step 8: Report for walk-in interview at Engineers India Limited, Sector-16 (On NH-48), Gurugram, Haryana-122001 on the scheduled date for your position code at 08:00 AM
• Step 9: Carry all original documents along with self-attested photocopy sets for verification

Documents Required at Interview :

• 6 Copies of duly filled in and submitted online application form with recent colour photograph affixed
• A valid photo identity issued by Government of India (Driving License/PAN Card/Passport/Voter ID/Aadhar Card)
• Date of Birth – Matriculation/Class X certificate/Birth Certificate
• Certificates of educational qualifications – Matriculation/Class X/HSC/Degree/Post Graduation Mark Sheets and Passing Certificates of all Semesters/Years
• Proof of Norms adopted by University/Institute to convert CGPA/OGPA/CPI or letter grade
• Experience Certificates for all experiences declared in application in original (should clearly indicate date of joining, date of separation and nature of works handled)
• On demand, produce further documents like offer letter, confirmation order, pay slips, PF statement, ESI Card, Bank Statement to substantiate employment
• SC/ST Certificate (in original) in prescribed format, if applicable
• Valid OBC (NCL) Certificate (in original) in prescribed Government of India format, if applicable
• Valid EWS Certificate (in original) in prescribed format, if applicable
• Disability Certificate (in original) issued in prescribed format, if applicable
• Discharge Certificate, undertaking and Proforma for Ex-Servicemen in prescribed format, if applicable
