It is hereby notified for Information of all the concerned candidates annexed as (Annexures-A, B,C,D,E & F) falling in the
consideration zone for selection as Medical Officers on Academic Arrangement Basis under S.O 364 of 2020 dated: 27.11.2020 in response to advertisement notice No: 02 of 2025 dated: 31.10.2025 that they shall report to Govt. Medical College, Srinagar along with. the following documents in original as well as xerox copies of all uploaded documents for scrutinization as per the schedule:

1. Application form (coloured)

2. Date of Birth Certificate

3. Domicile Certificate

4. MBBS Degree Certificate alongwith marks cards.

5. Internship completion Certificate

6. Higher qualification certificate, if any

7. Category certificate

8. Registration certificate issued by the J & K Medical Council or National Medical Commission.
