Online applications are invited from the Indian citizens, possessing the prescribed Academic/Professional qualification and age,
for the posts details of which are given in the following paras, in terms of the “Teachers Eligibility Qualifications in Medical Institutions Regulations, 2022” issued under Gazette Notification No. F. No. NMC/MСІ- 23(1) 2021- MED dated.14.02.2022, Teaching experience as per AIIMS, Government Order No.09-SKIMS of 2013 dated March 08, 2013 and Govt. Order No.11- SKIMS of 1998 dated May-22-1998, read with the Jammu & Kashmir Public Service Commission (Business and Procedure) Rules, 2021,as amended up to date.
Important Instructions
Applicants are advised to update their One Time Registration (OTR) before filling the application form.
The application form, along with detailed instructions for filling it, will be available on the Commission’s website from 05.01.2026.
Applicants must carefully go through the instructions and ensure that they meet all the prescribed eligibility conditions for the post before submitting the online application form.
The last date for submitting the online application form, complete in all respects (including uploading of requisite documents) along with the prescribed fee (online mode only), is 04.02.2026.
The last date for receipt of online applications mentioned in the notification shall be treated as the cut-off date for determining eligibility with regard to educational/professional qualifications or any other certificate on the basis of which reservation is claimed, irrespective of any extension in the last date of submission of applications.

Age as on 1st January 2025 :
The upper age limit in terms of Government Order No.109-IMS of 1988 dated August 8th 1988, for faculty positions is 50 years
In respect of SKIMS in- service permanent employees, the upper age limit shall be determined in terms of Government Order No.9-SKIMS of 2013 dated.8.03.2013
Requisite Fee :
After successful submission of the online application form, candidate will be required to deposit requisite fee through online mode. The amount of fee to be paid is given below:
General Category : Rs. 1200.00
Reserved Category : Rs 700.00
