VACANCY CIRCULAR
Recruitment to various posts under Flexi Pool in NITI Aayog on Deputation (including short-term contract) / Contract basis.
NITI Aayog invites applications for the posts of Senior Lead / Lead, Senior Specialist / Specialist and Senior Associate / Associate in various areas.
Applications are invited from :
(a) Eligible officers working in Central Government, Departments, State Governments etc. on Deputation (including short-term contract – ISTC).
(b) Individuals working at comparable levels in Private Sector Companies, Consultancy Organizations, and International or Multinational Organizations on Contract basis.

Details of Vacancies :
1. Senior Lead / Lead
Recruitment will be through Flexi Pool on Deputation (ISTC) or Contract basis. A total of 04 posts are available in the following areas:
Data Analytics, Law & Policy, Infrastructure & Connectivity, Governance & Reforms, and Vision.
The Pay Level for deputation is Level 15/14.
On contract basis, consolidated remuneration is ₹3,30,000 per month for Senior Lead and ₹2,65,000 per month for Lead.
2. Senior Specialist / Specialist
Recruitment will be through Flexi Pool on Deputation (ISTC) or Contract basis. A total of 16 posts are available in the areas of:
Finance/Tax Policy, Data Analytics, School Education, Economic Intelligence, IT & Telecom, Governance & Reforms, Green Transition, Energy, Environment & Climate Change, Infrastructure & Connectivity, Public Finance & Policy Analysis, Rural Development, Research & Networking, Tourism, Water & Land, WCD/Nutrition, ADP/ABP, and Economic Modelling & Scenario Building.
Pay Level for deputation is Level 13/12.
On contract basis, consolidated remuneration is ₹2,20,000 per month for Senior Specialist and ₹1,45,000 per month for Specialist.
3. Senior Associate / Associate
Recruitment will be through Flexi Pool on Deputation (ISTC) or Contract basis. A total of 11 posts are available in the areas of:
School Education, Economic Intelligence, Governance & Reforms, Public Finance & Policy Analysis, State Finance, Tourism, Skill Development & Entrepreneurship, SDGs, North East Development, Science & Technology, and Agriculture Policy.
Pay Level for deputation is Level 11/10.
On contract basis, consolidated remuneration is ₹1,25,000 per month for Senior Associate and ₹1,05,000 per month for Associate.
