Engagement of Vocational Trainer (Contractual Positions)

LAQSH Job Skills Academy Pvt. Ltd., an NSDC-empanelled Training Partner, invites applications for contractual positions of Vocational Trainers.
Total Number of Positions: 100
The selected candidates will be engaged in Government Schools of Jammu & Kashmir (UT).
Pre-Requisites
Candidates must be domiciles of UT of Jammu & Kashmir.
Selection will be made on a district basis. Candidates belonging to districts where vacancies exist will be given preference based on merit. If suitable candidates are not available within a district, selection for such trade will be made from another district within the same division.
Age Limit: 18–40 years as on 01-01-2026. Age relaxation as per Government rules.

Trade-wise Details and Eligibility
IT & ITES (10 Positions)
Locations: Ramban (5), Rajouri (4), Srinagar (1)
Eligibility: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Application / Computer Science / Information Technology (BCA, B.Sc./B.E. in Computer Science/IT) with a minimum of 1 year work experience in the same job role, OR DOEACC ‘A’ Level Certificate with at least 1 year work experience. Higher qualifications will also be acceptable.
Electronics & Hardware (30 Positions)
Locations: Anantnag (2), Doda (2), Ganderbal (3), Reasi (5), Kishtwar (6), Poonch (8), Samba (4)
Eligibility: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics / Telecommunication with 1 year experience in the relevant field, OR Three-year Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Telecommunication from a recognized board with 2 years experience.
Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (20 Positions)

Eligibility: Three-year Diploma in Electronics/Electrical/Communication Engineering with Certificate/Diploma in Optical Fibre Technology, OR Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics/Communication.
Beauty & Wellness (5 Positions)
Location: Udhampur (5)
Eligibility: Diploma in Cosmetology/Beauty Therapy/Beauty Culture from a recognized institution with minimum 1 year experience, OR Graduate in any discipline with ITI Diploma in Cosmetology having STC certification, OR Graduate with 3 years teaching/working experience in the relevant field. Selected candidates must acquire SSC certification in Assistant Beauty Therapist within 1 year of appointment.
