The selected candidates shall be engaged initially for a period of one year which is extendable up to maximum of three years, however, extension on year-to-year basis shall be granted subject to better performance of the candidates to be certified by the concerned
HOD’s after completion of each year of their engagement.

The hard copy of the application forms duly signed by the candidate complete in all aspects and accompanied with a non-refundable bank draft for Rs. 500/- pledged to Principal Govt. Medical College Anantnag and payable at JK Bank Dialgam, shall be submitted in the office of Administrative Officer Govt. Medical College Anantnag by or before 7/2/26
Important Instructions for candidates :
1. Candidates are advised to go through the instructions and all eligibility conditions prescribed for the post before filling in the online application form.
2. Candidates are required to upload scanned copies of original certificates. Photocopies of certificates uploaded shall not be entertained.
3. The candidate must write his/her name, parentage and date of birth strictly as per the matriculation certificate.
4. Candidates are advised in their own interest to submit online applications much before the closing date and not to wait till the last date to avoid the possibility of disconnection/inability or failure to login to the online application portal on account of
heavy load on the website during the closing days.
5.Applicants are advised to fill all the fields of the online application form with due diligence and after carefully reading the terms and conditions given in the advertisement notification, request for change/correction in any particulars in the application form once
submitted, will not be entertained under any circumstances.
6. Applications with blurred/illegible photograph/signature will be rejected summarily.
7. In case of fake/fabricated application/registration by misusing any dignitaries name/photo such candidate(s) shall be held responsible for the same and liable for suitable legal action under cyber/IT Act/relevant rules.
