In reference to the message cited above and instructions of Sr. DCM/JAT, and in view of extremely heavy passenger rush between Katra–Srinagar due to closure of roads and flights owing to inclement weather, it is proposed to plan a suitable reserved special train on the path of non-running Vande Bharat on 27th & 28th January 2026 between SVDK–SINA–SVDK with en-route stoppage at BAHL, so that at least two train services remain available between SVDK–SINA–SVDK on these dates.
