(1) Postponement of Interview for Project Associate-I under IUST-PURSE Program

This is to inform all eligible candidates that the interview for the position of Project Associate-I under the project titled “Establishment of an Interdisciplinary Science and Research Program for Chronic Disease,” sponsored by DST-PURSE and advertised vide Notification No. IUST/DSOHSPURSE/25/322 dated 17-10-2025, which was earlier scheduled to be held on 28th January 2026,
has been rescheduled and will now be conducted on 03 February 2026 at 10:30 am in the office chamber of the Dean, School of Health Sciences, Islamic University of Science and Technology (IUST), Awantipora.
All eligible candidates are advised to report to the venue at least thirty minutes prior to the scheduled time of the interview for necessary verification.

This is for the information of all concerned that the last date for submission of applications for the posts of Finance Officer, Deputy Registrar, Deputy Finance Officer and for the posts of Associate Professor and Assistant Professor in various Departments / Centres of the University, advertised vide above said notices are hereby extended as under:

Last date for submission of online application forms: 06-02-2026 (4. 00 PM).
Last date for submission of hardcopies of the application forms: 10-02-2026 (4.30 pm).
