(1) Status of Eligibility for the post/s of Professor & Associate Professor Department of Tourism Studies
Based on the recommendations of the Screening Committee, the status of eligibility of the candidates who have applied for the post of Professor (UR-01) and Associate Professor (UR-01, OBC-01) in the Department of Tourism Studies vide employment notification No.ās 06 of 2025, 07 of 2025 dated 11-04-2025 and03of2025dated 03-03-2025 respectively is as follows:

Note :
1). All the Provisionally eligible Candidates are required to submit the requisite documents as reflected against each.
2). Research Papers Published in Journals reflected in International Databases (SCI/AICTE/UGC/Scopus and Web of Science) have been considered.
3). No correspondence/e-mails shall be sent to the candidates under ineligible list. They have to refer to the list furnished below to know the reasons for rejection.
4). In case of any grievance, the candidates can submit the same by or before 4th February, 2026(upto5:00pm) after which no claim/grievance shall be entertained.
The aggrieved candidates can submit the documents in support of their claim in person at Recruitment Section, Tulmulla Campus, Ganderbal or via email at [email protected].

(2) Status of Eligibility for the post/s of Professor, Associate Professor & Assistant Professor, Department of Chemistry
Based on the recommendations of the Screening Committee, the status of eligibility of the candidates who have applied for the post of Professor (OBC-01), Associate Professor (OBC) and Assistant Professor (UR-01, PwD-01)in the Department of Chemistry vide employment notification No.ās 02 of 2025, 03 of 2025 dated03-03-2025and 04 of 2025 dated 07-02-2025 respectively is as follows:

1). Only the shortlisted eligible candidates to be called for interview and the call letters to be sent to their respective registered emails furnished in the application form.
2). All the Provisionally eligible Candidates are required to submit the requisite documents as reflected against each.
3). The eligible candidates for the post of Assistant Professor shall be shortlisted for the interview on the basis of merit as per the ratio of 1:20 (01post: 20 candidates) followed by 1:10.
4). Research Papers Published in Journals reflected in International Databases (CARE/Scopus and Web of Science) have been considered.
