Schedule for submission of online Examination Forms and Renewal Registration Returns for HSP-I (Class 11th) and HSP-II (Class 12th) Annual Regular 2026 (Summer zone) in case of students who were provisionally admitted In next higher class and have now qualified in re-evaluation result.
It is hereby notified for the Information of all the concerned that the dates for submission of online Examination Forms and Renewal Registration Returns for HSP-I (Class 11th) and HSP-II (Class 12th) Annual Regular 2026 (Summer zone) in case of candidates who were declared fail/reappear in Annual Regular 2025 examination but were provisionally admitted in next higher class in light of Govt. Order No. 119-Edu of 2017 dated: 15-03-2017 and have now qualified 10th Class in re-evaluation result declared vide Notification No. 090 dated 17-01-2026 and similarly those who have qualified 11th Class vide Notification No. 090/HSP-One (P)/Bi-Annual 2025 dated 26-12-2025.
*An additional fee of Rs. 100 per candidate per practical subject of classes 11th and 12th shall be charged in all such cases where external practical assessment is conducted by JKBOSE.

Instructions/Guidelines
1. All the concerned schools shall ensure that only those candidates who were placed under Reappear/Failure category in Annual Regular 2025 examination and are provisionally admitted as per the Board norms and have now qualified all five compulsory subjects shall submit their online forms. Any deviation from the guideline shall warrant strict disciplinary action from the competent authority.
2. After completion of online service all the Institutions will generate the Checklist from their respective school accounts and submit the same to the concerned offices of JKBOSE, duly signed and stamped by the Head of the Institution, by or before 06-02-2026.
3. For any query, the students/heads of the Affiliated Academic Institutions are informed to approach the concerned Sub/Branch offices of the BOSE. They can also mail their queries at [email protected].
4. Only those Academic Institutions, which are affiliated with JKBOSE for the Academic Session 2025-26, are eligible to fill the examination/RR Renewal forms.

5. The detailed instructions/FAQ’s shall be made available on the official website of JK BOSE. The stakeholders in their own interest are advised to go through instructions/FAQ’s before filling the Examination forms.
6. Date sheet for conduct of External Practicals shall be Issued separately in due course of time.
7. The Specially-abled candidates with a disability of Forty (40%) or more are exempted from paying examination/R.R renewal fee, however, they shall take a printout of the examination form submitted online and get it attested by the Head of the concerned academic institutions and submit the same in the concerned Sub/Branch office/s of JK BOSE along with the copy of Disability Certificate from the concerned Medical Board.
Note; – The candidates who have changed their subjects in Class 12th will have to appear in Class 11th also for the same subject against the prescribed fee as admissible as per notification already issued in this behalf.
