Number of Positions :

Working Hours :

Minimum 3 to 3.5 hours per day

Maximum 5 visits per week

Saturday and Sunday mandatory

Remuneration :

Rs. 1,500/- for 3 hours per visit

Maximum Rs. 30,000/- per month

Minimum Qualifications :

Option-I

Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education

Minimum one year coaching experience in the relevant sport

Option-II

Graduation in any discipline

Diploma in Sports Coaching in the relevant sport from SAI / NIS or any other recognized institution.

Desirable Qualifications :

NIS Coaching Diploma holders

Medal winners in Inter-University / National Games

Proficiency in more than one game

Age Limit :

Preferably below 50 years

Engagement is purely temporary and does not confer any right for regular appointment.

No allowances or benefits other than the prescribed remuneration will be admissible.

Coaches must maintain confidentiality of all official matters and information.

Remuneration is fixed and non-negotiable.

Coaches must follow all University rules and regulations.

Professional conduct with students, staff, and officials is mandatory.

Any misconduct, indiscipline, or harassment may result in immediate termination.

Activities harming the University’s reputation are strictly prohibited.

Termination of Engagement :

Engagement will automatically terminate on completion of the tenure.

The University or the Coach may terminate the engagement earlier by giving 15 days’ written notice.
