Full-time B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg) in relevant discipline (Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Computer Science/IT) with minimum qualifying marks (relaxed for reserved categories) + Valid GATE-2025 score in corresponding paper. Final year students eligible if results awaited.

Upper Age Limit: 27 Years (as on closing date of online application)

Age relaxation as per Government rules: SC/ST – 5 Years, OBC (NCL) – 3 Years, PwBD – 10 Years (additional for reserved categories)
