Hiring of Nurse on contractual basis for Addiction Treatment Facility (ATF), Government Medical College, Anantnag under National Drug Dependence Treatment Centre (NDDTC), AIIMS, New Delhi.

Online application forms are invited from eligible candidates of UT of J&K for the engagement of Nurse on contractual basis for Addiction Treatment Facility (ATF) Centre.

GMC Anantnag under National Drug Dependence Treatment Centre (NDDTC), implemented by All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) initially for a period of one year extendable on yearly basis subject to good performance or till the continuation of centrally sponsored scheme, whichever is earlier.

Selection of candidates shall be done purely on the basis of merit obtained in the written test.

The engagement shall be purely on contractual basis only and do not confer any right for the selected candidate to the permanent absorption in the department.

Initial term shall be for a period of one year extendable on yearly basis subject to the good performance or till the continuation of centrally sponsored scheme, whichever is earlier. However, in case of unsatisfactory performance, the contractual engagement shall be terminated without any prior notice by the department.

The consolidated salary per month shall be inclusive of all allowances and benefits conveyed by NDDTC, AIIMS, New Delhi.

The selected candidate shall have to submit an affidavit to the effect that he/she shall not claim for any regular appointment/extension in the department.

The age of the applicant at the time of submission of application form must not be:
i) Below 18 years; and
ii) Above 42 years

Inservice candidates are not eligible

Interested candidates can apply online on official website of GMC Anantnag i.e. www.gmcanantnag.ac.in from 13.02.2026.

Candidates are advised to go through the instructions and all the eligibility conditions prescribed for the examination before filling the online Application Form.

Last date for filling of Application Form complete in all respects is 25.02.2026.

Last date for submission of fee/ Bank Demand Draft is 25.02.2026.

The candidates shall have to pay a fee of Rs. 300/- in the shape of Bank Demand Draft payable in favour of Principal, Govt. Medical College, Anantnag.

Candidates will also be required to submit in person or by the registered/ speed post hard copy of the downloaded online application form along with Bank Demand Draft in the office of Administrative Officer at Main Campus Dialgam, GMC Anantnag (Pin code -192210) by or before 25.02.2026.

Application form once submitted successfully, will not be editable. Candidates will be solely responsible for all the information submitted by them. In case of any information is found incorrect/ deficient/ incorrect at any stage, the application form shall be summarily rejected.
