JKSSB Notice – Instructions for Submission of Application Forms (239 Posts)

The Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) has issued a notice regarding submission of online application forms for 239 posts in the Health and Medical Education Department advertised vide Advertisement Notification No. 01 of 2026 dated 23.01.2026

Important Dates

Start Date: 24.02.2026 (12:00 AM)

Last Date: 25.03.2026 (11:59 PM)

Fee payment must also be completed within this period

Best scholarships for J&K students after 12th

Mode of Application

Applications must be submitted online only through the official website: www.jkssb.nic.in

No offline mode will be accepted

Registration & Application Process

Candidates must register using a valid Email ID and Mobile Number with OTP verification.

Complete the One-Time Registration (OTR) form.

Apply under the “Active Advertisement” tab.

Once submitted, the application form cannot be edited.

Candidates are personally responsible for correct details.

Documents to Upload

Live Photograph (as per Annexure-A guidelines).

Signature: 10 KB–20 KB (1.5 x 3.5 cm).

Category Certificate: Max 100 KB (PDF).

Qualification Certificates: Max 100 KB (PDF).

There are 19 separate Item Numbers for these 239 posts. Candidates must strictly fulfill eligibility criteria; otherwise, applications will be rejected

Application Fee

Payment through Net Banking / Debit Card / UPI / Credit Card only.

Application will be incomplete without fee payment.

Candidates must check fee status as “Submitted” on dashboard

Important Instructions

No hard copy required except at Document Verification (DV) stage for shortlisted candidates.

In-service candidates must submit printout through proper channel (TPC).

Apply well before the last date to avoid website load issues

Annexure-A (Live Face Capture Guidelines)

Live camera capture is mandatory (no uploaded photos allowed).

Use Chrome/Edge/Firefox (latest versions).

Sit in well-lit area; avoid dark rooms or backlight.

No masks, caps, sunglasses, or face coverings.

Only one face should be visible.

Do not refresh/close page during capture
