Interview notice for the posts of SBDU/BHDs in Mission YUVA Kathua
Interview notice for the posts of SBDU/BHDs re-advertised under Mission YUVA vide letter no DDCK/CPO/2025-26/10621-27, Dated: 01-01-2026.
Whereas, advertisement notice was issued through the office of District Development Commissioner Kathua vide endorsement no: DDCK/CPO/2025-26/10621-27 dated 01-01-2026 for filling up of various posts under Mission YUVA, with the last date of application fixed as 31-01-2026;

Whereas, in response to the aforementioned advertisement, a total of 82 applications were received;
Whereas, the system had auto calculated the marks of the candidates on the basis of applications filled by them and it was found that out of 82 candidates, 44 were qualified and 38 were not qualified/ ineligible as per the guidelines of Mission YUVA;
Whereas, among 79 eligible candidates, 44 were found qualified by auto calculation of the marks (Minimum Points required 40);
Whereas, after the preliminary verification of the documents of all the candidates, 81 candidates out of 82 were found eligible and 45 found qualified as per set criteria mentioned in guideline Clause No. 4.3.1;
Whereas the list of not qualified/ineligible candidates was published in public domain vide no. DECC/K/2025-26/2420-24 dated 12.02.2026 for inviting objections to the list;
Whereas, in response to the above published notice only 01 no. of objection was received, which was found genuine after preliminary verification of his documents. Hence, the total no. of qualified candidates becomes 46;
Whereas, during the meeting of District Selection Oversight Committee, the documents of all the qualified candidates were placed before the committee and out of 46 qualified candidates only 11 no. of candidates met the selection criteria as per the approved guidelines of Mission YUVA for hiring of SBDU & BHDs;
Now, therefore, it is hereby notified that the candidates in the annexure to this notification have qualified for the interview.
The candidates shall appear for the interview on 3rd March,2026 at 10:30 AM, at DC Office, Kathua.
