District Administration Rajouri invites online applications under Mission YUVA for key contractual roles under the Small Business Development Unit (SBDU) and Business Help Desks (BHDs) initiative.

1. Contractual Positions include:-
Name of Contractual Remuneration Per Month Positions (Lump Sum in Rs.)
1 BHD Lead 01 posts (01-Nowshera) 40,000
2 BHD Coordinator 08 Posts (01-Thannamandi, 01-Koteranka, 02-Kalakote, 01-Sunderbani, 01-Rajouri & 02-Nowshera) 35,000
(BHD Lead & BHD Coordinators have to work from concerned Sub-Divisional headquarters).
2. Eligibility
21-45 years as on the date of notification.
Domicile of Jammu & Kashmir.
Minimum 3 years graduate degree. The qualifying degree must be in one of the following disciplines- Business Administration, Management, Commerce, Accountancy, Finance, Economics. At least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA from a UGC recognized university.
3. How to apply:

> Visit Mission YUVA Portal: missionyuva.jk.gov.in
> On Home Page click on “Apply for SBDU/BHD Expert”.
> Next click on “SBDU/BHD Hiring -Google Sheet”.
> From the list select and open the District Rajouri google form.
> Fill the required details, upload the relevant documents and submit the form.
4. Last date to apply :- 27.03.2026.
