J&K Govt Prepone’s Jumat-ul-Vida Holiday; Institutions Closed Tomorrow
The Government of Jammu and Kashmir has issued an official order advancing the holiday on the occasion of Jumat-ul-Vida across the Union Territory.

As per the notification released by the Jammu and Kashmir General Administration Department (GAD), the holiday will now be observed on March 13, 2026 (Friday) instead of March 20, 2026 throughout Jammu and Kashmir.
