1. Section Officer
Essential Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
Experience Requirement
Minimum 3 years experience as Head Assistant, OR
6 years experience as Senior Assistant, OR
8 years experience as Junior Assistant
Experience must be in Central/State Government, University, PSU, or Autonomous Institutions.
Skill Test
English typing speed: 35 words per minute
Accuracy: 90% on computer
2. Personal Assistant :
Essential Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
Diploma in Secretarial Practice or Stenography from a recognized institution.
Skill Test
English typing speed: 35 words per minute with 90% accuracy
Stenography speed: 60 words per minute
Age Limit :
Age will be calculated as on the last date of application submission.
Minimum Age: 18 years
Maximum Age
General Category: 40 years
Reserved Categories: 43 years
Persons with Disabilities (PwD): 42 years
In-service Candidates: 50 years
Selection Procedure :
The selection process will include the following stages:
1. Written Examination :
Total Marks: 100 marks
Candidates must secure at least 50% marks to qualify for the next stage.
2. Skill Test :
Mandatory qualifying test.
Candidates will be shortlisted in the ratio of 1:30 for the skill test.
3. Interview :
20 candidates will be shortlisted for interview based on merit.
Interview Marks: 20
Final Merit
Written exam marks will be reduced to 80 marks
Interview will carry 20 marks
