Role Description :
This is a full‑time, on‑site Business Development Manager (Off Roll) role focused on selling broking products and generating new business.
Promote and open Demat & Trading (2‑in‑1) accounts for customers.
Drive new client acquisition and increase the active client base.
Maintain strong client relationships and coordinate with Bank branches and internal teams.
Meet or exceed assigned sales and revenue targets for the mapped area.

Eligibility Criteria :
Educational Qualification: Minimum Graduation OR 12th pass with at least 6 months’ experience in the capital market.
Experience: Preference will be given to candidates having experience in opening Demat & Trading accounts and selling broking products.
Skills Required: Strong sales and marketing skills, customer relationship management (CRM) skills, and excellent communication skills.
