ADVERTISEMENT NOTICE
As approved by Deputy Commissioner Kishtwar (Chairman District Health Society Kishtwar) applications are invited from eligible candidates for engagement on contractual basis for establishment and operationalization of Health Point at Hillour Kuntwara, District Kishtwar under CSR plan of Rattle HEP, as approved vide Order No. 19-LA of 2026 dated 02-03-2026.
The engagement shall be purely on honorarium basis for a period of three (03) years, subject to availability of funds/resources or continuation of the project, whichever is earlier.
Details of Posts
1. FMPHW / MMPHW (Male/Female)
Number of Posts: 02 (1 each)
Qualification: 10th with Diploma in MMPHW/FMPHW from SMF/recognized institute approved by J&K Nursing Council
Age Limit: Up to 45 years
Monthly Honorarium: ₹14,000 per month
Selection Criteria:
Screening Test – 60 points
10th – 10 points
Diploma – 15 points
Experience – 5 points per year (max 15 points)
2. Pharmacist / Medical Assistant
Number of Posts: 01
Qualification: 10+2 (Science) with Diploma/Degree in Pharmacy from recognized institute approved by J&K Nursing Council
Age Limit: Up to 45 years
Monthly Honorarium: ₹14,000 per month
Selection Criteria:
Screening Test – 60 points
10+2 – 10 points
Diploma/Degree – 15 points
Experience – 5 points per year (max 15 points)
3. Helper
Number of Posts: 01
Qualification: Minimum Matric Pass from recognized Board
Age Limit: Up to 40 years
Monthly Honorarium: ₹8,000 per month
Selection Criteria:
Matric – 80 points
Experience in Medical Field – 20 points

Important Terms & Conditions :
Engagement is purely contractual under CSR plan of Rattle HEP for a maximum period of 3 years, subject to availability of funds/resources. Initial appointment is for 1 year, extendable yearly based on performance and availability of funds. No right for regularization. Engagement ends if project ends or funds stop.
Preference will be given to candidates belonging to Hillour Kuntwara and residing in villages covered by the proposed health institution. If not available, then preference extends to block, and then district level.
All engagements are institution-specific and non-transferable.
Selected candidates must join at their place of posting.
Contract will be executed with District Health Society, Kishtwar.
No allowances except fixed honorarium.
Services can be terminated without prior notice in case of misconduct, inefficiency, or negligence.
Candidate must execute an agreement before joining.
No TA/DA for appearing in screening/interview.
Selection Committee reserves the right to reject any application not fulfilling criteria.
