Eligibility Criteria :

Nationality: Indian Citizen only

Age Limit (as on 28.02.2026)

Grade A: 21 – 30 years

Job Recruitment in Mission YUVA Kathua

Grade B: Maximum 40 years (i.e., not attained 40 years)

Age Relaxation (same for both grades)

SC/ST: 5 years

OBC (NCL): 3 years

PwBD (UR/EWS): 10 years | PwBD (OBC): 13 years | PwBD (SC/ST): 15 years

Ex-Servicemen: 5 years

Cumulative relaxation allowed as per GoI rules

Educational Qualification & Post-Qualification Experience (as on 28.02.2026)

Grade A (Assistant Manager)

Generalist (31 posts): PG Degree/Diploma (any discipline) / LLB / BA+LLB (5-yr) / CA / CS / CMA / B.Tech/B.E. + Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience in officer cadre in Banks/FIs/Govt/PSUs/reputed organisations.

Environment & Social Safeguard (2 posts): Engineering / PG Degree/Diploma in Environmental Management/Sciences or PG in Social Work/Sociology/Anthropology/Economics + 2 years relevant experience.

Grade B (Manager)

Generalist (2 posts): Same qualifications as above + Overall 7 years experience (including minimum 2 years in related areas) in officer/executive cadre in financial sector / Banks / PSUs / reputed corporates.

Environment & Social Safeguard (2 posts): Same qualifications + 7 years overall experience with specific focus on environmental & social impact assessment, safeguards documents, management plans, etc.

Note: Only full-time regular courses from UGC/AICTE-recognised institutions. Candidates must possess valid marksheets/degree on the date of registration.

Pay Scale & Perks

Grade A: Starting Basic ₹44,500 + DA, HRA (15% or leased house), Grade Allowance, Medical, LFC, NPS, etc.

Grade B: Starting Basic ₹55,200 + all above perks. Additional Increments possible for JAIIB/CAIIB/professional qualifications and deserving candidates.

Probation: 2 years (extendable up to 4 years).

Posting: Anywhere in India (transferable).

 

Selection Process :

Phase-I: Online Examination (Objective) – 200 marks

Test I (100 marks / 60 min): Reasoning, Quant, English, Current Affairs (Financial Sector)

Test II (100 marks / 60 min): Domain Knowledge (Project Finance, Banking, Risk Mgmt, RBI/SEBI guidelines, etc.)

Negative marking: 1/4th

Recruitment in PM SHRI KV Sunjuwan (Jammu)

Phase-II: Interview (Technical + Behavioural) – 100 marks

Final Merit: 40% weightage (Online Exam) + 60% weightage (Interview)

Note: Application once made will not be allowed to be withdrawn. Application Fee once paid will NOT BE refunded under any circumstances nor can it be held in reserve for any other examination/interview or selection. The Application Fee shall also NOT BE refunded in case the application is rejected / not considered by IIFCL.

Transaction charge, if applicable, shall be borne by the candidate. GST applicable on the Application Fee/ Intimation Charges shall be borne by the candidates. Applications without the prescribed Fee/ Intimation Charges shall be summarily rejected. Fee are required to be paid only in the manner prescribed in this advertisement.
