Schools in Various Districts to Remain Closed on April 4 Amid Inclement Weather

In view of the adverse weather conditions prevailing across District Poonch, and in light of the weather advisory issued by the Indian Metrological Department, indicating continuous heavy rainfall, slippery road conditions, and the possibility of shooting stones, which pose a serious threat to the safety and well-being of students and staff, and in compliance with the directions of the Worthy Deputy Commissioner, Poonch, it is hereby ordered that all Government as well as Private Schools in District Poonch shall remain closed for today, i.e., 04-04-2026.
All concerned authorities are directed to ensure strict compliance with this order.
Reasi Schools to Remain Shut on April 4 Due to Adverse Weather
School Closure Notice:
All government and private educational institutions across Reasi district will remain closed on April 4, 2026, as per instructions issued by the Deputy Commissioner.
The decision has been taken by the Chief Education Officer, Reasi, in view of prevailing inclement weather conditions, with student safety being the top priority.
All concerned institutions are directed to strictly adhere to the issued order.
