TERMS & CONDITIONS :

a. Maximum age at the time of submission of application form is 63 years.
b. These appointments shall not entitle the appointee to any preferential claim for regularization or regular appointment under normal process of selection/appointment.
c. Services of the appointee shall be terminable before expiry of tenure with one month’s notice from either side.
d. Number of posts may increase or decrease as per requirement without prior notice.
e. Selection Committee reserves the right to fill or not fill any post in case administrative exigency so demands.
f. Provisions of J&K Reservation Act and Rules made thereunder shall govern the selection.
g. Conditions of service regarding discipline and conduct shall be governed by rules, regulations, and orders in vogue under J&K Civil Services Rules.
h. No weightage shall be given to higher qualification other than the prescribed one.
i. Application should be on A4 size paper, all entries typed, self-attested, and not handwritten.
j. Incomplete applications shall be rejected without any prior notice.
k. Application without Registration Certificate from J&K Para Medical Council shall be rejected outright.
l. Applicant furnishing incorrect/false statement or suppressing material information shall render himself/herself liable for criminal proceedings.
m. No application shall be entertained after the last date (17-04-2026) even by post.
n. In case of retired Government officials, last pay drawn minus pension (including pension portion commuted) being equal to the revised basic pay corresponding to minimum of pre-revised scale of the post as per SRO-93 dated 15-04-2009 + DA.
o. Contractual appointments shall be governed as per instructions laid down in G.O. No. 528-JK (GAD) of 2021 dated 21-06-2021.
