Empanelment of Motivators under Mission YUVA

Whereas, the Directorate of Employment, Jammu & Kashmir vide office letter No. DEP/Plan/Mission YUVA/2025-26/783-827 dated 08.02.2025 communicated the concept note for identification and finalization of Motivators under Mission YUVA; and

Whereas, in pursuance of the above, an advertisement notice was issued vide No. DCK/Adm/2025-26/2692-30 dated 29.01.2026 and DCK/Adm/2025-26/2999-3024 dated 21.02.2026 for empanelment of Motivators under Mission YUVA; and

Whereas, in response to the above advertisement, forty four (44) applications were received through the online portal, and all applicants submitted their documents for physical verification before the Selection Committee. After scrutiny, five (05) candidates expressed their unwillingness to join and were accordingly not considered for selection. Consequently, the Selection and Oversight Committee, constituted vide Order No. DE&CC/2025-26/1812-35 dated 18.11.2025, recommended thirty nine (39) candidates for empanelment as Motivators under Mission YUVA; and

Whereas, a meeting was convened for finalization of the shortlisted candidates for the position of Motivators under Mission YUVA, in pursuance of notice issued vide No. DE&CC/2026-27/38-46 dated 03.04.2026; and

Whereas, after verification of credentials of the candidates, the committee has shortlisted and recommended the following thirty nine (39) candidates for empanelment as Motivators under Mission YUVA.

Terms and Conditions

Duration of Contract and Renewal

Initial engagement shall be for 11 months from the date of joining.

Performance shall be reviewed as per predefined KPIs of Mission YUVA.

Renewal for an additional period of 11 months may be considered subject to satisfactory performance, approval of the competent authority and project life cycle.

Roles and Reporting

The empanelled personnel shall perform duties and report as prescribed under Mission YUVA Operational Guidelines.

Joining Formalities

The appointees shall be allowed to join only on production of the following documents in original along with a photocopy for verification:

Domicile Certificate

Date of Birth Certificate

All Qualification Certificates

Experience Certificates

Undertaking

Character Certificate issued by competent authority

Monthly consolidated remuneration shall be paid strictly as per Mission YUVA norms, subject to verification of documents.

All other terms and conditions shall be governed strictly by Mission YUVA Operational Guidelines for Empanelment of Motivators.
