A total of 09 vacancies have been announced across 05 posts on full time contract basis at AWEIL Corporate Office, Kanpur. All posts are Unreserved (UR) except Jr. Executive (HR) which has 04 UR and 01 OBC vacancy. The contract does not confer any right of extension or absorption into the company.

Emoluments for Sr. Manager (IT) include Rs. 1,10,000/- fixed; for Legal Expert, Executive (Official Language) and Executive (Corporate Communication): Remuneration Rs. 80,000/- + Conveyance Rs. 6,000/- + Medical Rs. 3,000/- + Mobile/Internet Rs. 1,000/-.

Eligibility Criteria

All candidates must be Indian citizens. Eligibility conditions including educational qualification, experience and age limit differ by post as given below. All age limits are as on the last date of advertisement i.e. 15-06-2026.

The upper age limit varies by post and is calculated as on 15-06-2026. No lower age limit has been specified. Age relaxation for reserved categories (OBC/SC/ST/PwD/Ex-Servicemen) shall be as per Government of India rules.

Selection Process :

Selection for all posts will be based on shortlisting from applications received, followed by a Personal Interview conducted by a duly constituted selection committee. There is no written examination. Shortlisting criteria may be enhanced by the Competent Authority if a large number of candidates fulfil the eligibility criteria. The decision of AWEIL on all matters related to eligibility, shortlisting and selection shall be final and binding.

Each post carries a defined scope of responsibility at AWEIL Corporate Office, Kanpur. The selected candidate may also be deputed to any AWEIL unit or Government office as per requirement.

Who should NOT apply for AWEIL Recruitment 2026?

Candidates whose age exceeds the upper limit for their respective post as on 15-06-2026, even by one day.

Legal Expert applicants who do not hold LLB with minimum 60% marks or who are not registered in Bar Council anywhere in India.

Executive (Official Language) applicants who do not have a Master’s degree meeting the Hindi-English language medium combinations specified and who do not have 03 years’ translation/terminological work experience.

Executive (Corporate Communication) applicants who do not possess a two-year Master’s Degree or two-year Diploma (with minimum 65%) in Mass Communication/Journalism/Advertising & Public Relations specifically – a general MBA or arts degree does not qualify.

Jr. Executive (HR) applicants who do not hold a Bachelor’s Degree specifically in HR/Personnel/IR/PM & IR with minimum 60% marks – general graduates with HR experience are not eligible.

Sr. Manager (IT) applicants who do not hold a full-time regular degree (part-time, distance or correspondence degrees in engineering/MCA do not qualify).

Candidates whose post-qualification experience is below the minimum years required for the respective post.

Candidates seeking permanent employment or PSU absorption – the contract explicitly states no right of extension or absorption in the company.

Government/PSU employees who cannot obtain an NOC from their employer – NOC is mandatory at the time of interview and candidature will be cancelled without it.

Executive (Corporate Communication) candidates who have already applied against previous advertisement AWEIL/02/2025 – the notification explicitly advises such candidates not to apply again.

Candidates who cannot submit hard copy applications via Speed Post/Courier – online or email applications are not accepted under any circumstances.

Common Mistakes / What to Check Before Applying AWEIL Recruitment 2026?

Not writing the post name clearly on the envelope as specified – e.g. “APPLICATION FOR THE POST LEGAL EXPERT” must appear on the envelope; wrong or missing post name can cause misdirection or rejection.

Pasting both passport photographs instead of pasting one (4.4 cm x 5.8 cm) on the application form and only attaching (not pasting) the second one – the notification specifically differentiates between the two.

Not writing the full name on the back of both passport photographs for identification purposes.

Name or spelling mismatch between the application/bio-data and educational/professional qualification certificates – this leads to outright cancellation.

Using an email ID or mobile number that may become inactive before the interview date – all communications including interview call will be sent to these details only.

OBC candidates applying for Jr. Executive (HR) without a valid, current non-creamy layer OBC certificate – category cannot be changed later.

Not filling ‘N/A’ in columns that are not applicable – leaving columns blank leads to incomplete application rejection.

Sending applications by ordinary post or hand delivery instead of Speed Post or Courier – AWEIL takes no responsibility for delay or loss in transit.

Govt./PSU employees routing applications directly instead of through proper channel – such applications are summarily rejected.

Applying for a post where you meet partial experience but not the specific domain – e.g. general legal experience without corporate/PSU/Govt. sector background for Legal Expert, or general translation experience outside Govt./PSU/University institutions for Official Language Executive.

Candidates must apply in Hard Copy only using the prescribed application format for the respective post. Completed applications must be sent via Speed Post or Courier only – no other mode is accepted.

FMCG Company Recruitment 2026 

Important Instructions :

The appointment is purely temporary and on contract basis – it does not confer any right or claim of extension or absorption in AWEIL.

The contract can be terminated by AWEIL by giving 1 month’s notice or payment of 1 month’s salary in lieu thereof. Candidates wishing to leave must give 3 months’ notice or pay 3 months’ salary in lieu.

Selected candidates will be required to sign a contractual agreement in the prescribed format.

Candidates currently serving in Govt./Quasi-Govt./PSU must seek prior NOC from their employer before applying and must submit it at the time of interview – failure to do so will result in cancellation of candidature.

Candidates from Govt./PSU/private entities who are finally selected must produce the acceptance of their resignation from their last employer before joining AWEIL.

For candidates selected from the private sector, appointment is effective only after verification of Character and Antecedents from the concerned District Authority (applicable for Executive Corporate Communication post).

Any misrepresentation, suppression of facts, use of fraudulent documents or impersonation at any stage will result in permanent debarment and/or legal/criminal prosecution, and dismissal if discovered after joining.

AWEIL reserves the right to reject any application or candidature at any stage without assigning any reason. Decision of AWEIL in all matters related to recruitment shall be final and binding.

Applications not in prescribed format, incomplete, without required attested certificates, received after 15-06-2026, or not routed through the present employer (for Govt./PSU employees) will be summarily rejected.

New Labour Codes will be applicable to all newly engaged contract employees.

AWEIL will not be responsible for any delay in receipt or loss of applications in postal transit.

No correspondence will be entertained regarding shortlisting, interview schedule or selection decisions.
