The Directorate of Information Technology & Support System (IT&SS), University of Kashmir has invited online applications from eligible candidates for engagement as Software Tester on a contractual basis.
The appointment will be for one year, which may be extended further based on the candidate’s performance and departmental requirements.

Candidates must have any one of the following:
Option-I:
Bachelor’s Degree in:
Computer Science
Information Technology
BCA
B.Sc. (IT)
from a recognized university.
OR
Option-II:
Graduation in any discipline along with a one-year Diploma in:
Software Testing
Computer Applications

Other Important Conditions
Applicants must possess a valid Domicile Certificate issued by the competent authority before the last date of application.
Candidates with degrees from foreign universities must submit an equivalence certificate issued by AIU, New Delhi.
Incomplete applications will be rejected.
If a large number of applications are received, a written test may be conducted for shortlisting candidates before interviews.
No TA/DA will be provided for attending the written test or interview.
