The National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR), a statutory body under the Ministry of Women and Child Development, Government of India, invites applications from eligible and willing candidates for filling up the following posts on deputation basis under Foreign Service Terms:

The appointment, pay, deputation duty allowance and other service conditions shall be regulated as per:
Fundamental Rules (FRs)
Supplementary Rules (SRs)
Ministry of Personnel & Training OM No. 6/8/2009-Estt. (Pay-II) dated 17.06.2010 and amendments issued from time to time.
The initial period of deputation shall be 3 years.

Essential Qualification:
Master’s Degree in:
Hindi with English as compulsory/elective subject or medium of examination at degree level;
OR
English with Hindi as compulsory/elective subject or medium of examination at degree level.
Skill Test:
Translation proficiency will be assessed through an internal skill test conducted by NCPCR.
Important Notes
The total period of deputation, including deputation in another ex-cadre post immediately before this appointment, shall ordinarily not exceed 5 years.
The upper age limit for deputation is 56 years, subject to Government of India rules.
Appointment of selected candidates from Government service shall be subject to exemption from immediate absorption rules.
Terms and conditions not specifically mentioned in NCPCR Recruitment Rules shall be governed by relevant deputation rules and instructions issued by the Central Government.
