Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess:
A Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent discipline.
The degree must be obtained from IITs, NITs or other institutions ranked within the Top 100 in the NIRF (Engineering) Rankings in the year the candidate passed.
