Advertisement Notice for Contractual Hiring of Services under National Health Mission, J&K

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for contractual hiring of services under National Health Mission, J&K for following vacant post(s) as per details given here under:

1. RMNCH+A Consultant 1
Qualification: MBBS/ BDS/AYUSH with Public Health background & computer proficiency

Age: Maximum age limit up to 45 years.

Selection Criteria i. MBBS/BDS/AYUSH – 80 Points ii. Viva- voce – 20 points Note item (i) on pro-rata basis
Location District Samba

2. State Monitoring & Evaluation Officer 01

Qualification: MCA/B.E./ B. Tech/ M. Tech/ M. Sc. (Statistlcs/Economics) from recognized university with one year computer diploma

Exp: 3 years of post-qualification experience in software dev. or in management of project.

Age: Maximum aqe limit up to 45 years.

Selection Criteria i. MCA/B.E./B.Tech/ M.Tech/M. Sc.(Statistics/Economics) – 80 points. ii. Viva voce- 20 points. Note: – Item (i) on Pro-rata basis.

Location State Health Society, Nagrota, Jammu.

3. Divisional Monitoring & Evaluation Officer 01

Qualification: MCA/M. Sc. (Statistics) with certificate course in Computer Application/Graduation with PGDCA from recognized University Exp. 3 years of post-qualification experience in software development or in management of project.

Age: Maximum age limit up to 45 years

Selection Criteria i. MCA/ M. Sc. (Statistics) -80 Points  ii. Viva- voce 20 points

Note item  (i) on pro-rata basis OR  iii. Graduation-60 Points  iv. PGDCA-20 Points  v. Viva- voce – 20 points

How to apply

Application as per prescribed format should be sent to the office of National Health Mission, Jammu/ Srinagar personally or by post by or before 12th April, 2018 in Jammu/ Kashmir Office of State Health Society, NHM, J&K (Jammu Office: State Health Society, Near Sainik School, Nagrota, Jammu -181221 /Kashmir Office: J&K Housing Board Complex, Channapora, Srinagar -190015).

The candidates who have obtained degrees through Distance Education Mode from the Universities recognized by the UGC as mentioned in Govt. Order No. 252-HE of 2012 dated: 30-05-2012 issued by the Higher Education Deptt., Civil Secretariat, J&K after 2005 shall have to submit a certificate from the concerned university along with application form stating that candidate had undergone the degree from their University head-quarters and not from the off-campuses which have been established by these Universities beyond their territorial jurisdiction. Application shall not be accepted in absence of this certificate.

The number of vacancies is only indicative and may increase or decrease.

 List of documents to be attached with the application form:

1. Date of Birth Certificate;

ii. Permanent Residence Certificate;

iii. Degree/ Diploma from the recognized University/ Institute for the required qualification as per the post applied for;

iv. Marks sheet of all semesters/ one consolidated marks sheet indicating marks of all the semesters of the required qualification for the post applied for;

v. MCI/ Dental Council/ CCIM Registration;

vi. Certificate, if applicable, from the concerned University along with application form stating that candidate had undergone the degree from their University headquarters and not from the off-campuses, established by these Universities beyond their territorial jurisdiction;

vii. Experience certificate in relevant field with date and stamp of the issuing authority.
