Appointment Order
Based on the recommendations of the Selection Committee and after approval by the Vice Chancellor, as well as receipt of a No Adverse Report from the Criminal Investigation Department (CID), Jammu & Kashmir, the following candidates have been appointed as Assistant Registrars.
The appointments are made:
On a Regular Temporary Basis
In Level-10 of the 7th Central Pay Commission (CPC)
Pay Scale: ₹56,100 – ₹1,77,500
Along with other admissible allowances under the applicable rules.

Terms and Conditions of Appointment
The appointments shall be governed by the following conditions:
1. Ratification
The appointment is subject to ratification by the University Syndicate.
2. Pension Scheme
The candidates shall be governed by the New Pension Scheme (NPS) in accordance with SRO-400 dated 24 December 2009.
3. Joining Period
The selected candidates must join their duties within 21 days from the date of issuance of the appointment order.
4. Joining Report
Candidates are required to submit their joining report in the Office of the Registrar, Cluster University of Srinagar.

5. Verification of Documents
The appointments are provisional and subject to verification of original documents, including:
Academic qualification certificates and mark sheets
Experience certificates (where applicable)
Date of Birth certificate
Reserved category certificate (if applicable)
Physical Fitness Certificate issued by a Government Medical Officer
Certificate from the competent authority confirming that the candidate has not availed any loan under any self-employment scheme
Affidavit before a 1st Class Magistrate declaring:
The candidate is not employed in any Government or Semi-Government Department.
The candidate is not involved in any criminal case or offence.
No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the previous employer, if the application was submitted through the proper channel.
6. Salary
Salary shall be released only after satisfactory verification of all required certificates and documents.
7. Probation
The appointees shall remain on probation for a minimum period of two years from the date of joining.
8. False Information
If any information or document furnished by the appointee is found to be false, incorrect, or deliberately suppressed, the appointment shall be liable to termination and other action as per rules.
9. Service Rules
The service conditions shall be governed by the Rules and Regulations of Cluster University of Srinagar, along with applicable UGC Guidelines and J&K Civil Service Rules (CSR).
10. Resignation During Probation
If an Assistant Registrar wishes to resign during the probation period, they must provide:

11. Court Cases
The appointments shall remain subject to the outcome of any pending writ petition(s) or legal proceedings before any competent court of law.
