TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
The candidate should be permanent resident of J&K State.
The candidate should have excellent communication and presentation skills in English and local language, and also must be conversant with computers.
The candidate should have familiarity with socio-cultural and socio-economic conditions of the State.
The candidate should be dedicated, hardworking and willing for the extensive touring across the State.
The selection of the candidates shall be made based on the District/ Divisional/ State merit as the case may be (as per the decision of the Governing Body circulated vide .u r at jk up da te s.No. SHS/ NRHM/ J&K/P&S/ GB meeting 2014/ IQ 11787-804 dated 02-07-2014). However, in case suitable candidates are not available within the District/ Division, the candidate opting from outside the District/ Division will also be considered.
In case of vacancy at S. No. (1), preference shall be given to MBBS/ BDS candidates.
The engagement will be purely on contractual basis. Initial contract for hiring shall be for 31′ March, 2019 and further extension will be subject to satisfactory performance of the candidate / approval of the .u r at jku pda tes.post by Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Govt. of India.
In case of poor performance, services of the candidates are liable to be terminated.
Application as per prescribed format should be sent to the office of National Health Mission, Jammu/ Srinagar personally or by post by or before 12th April, 2018 in Jammu/ Kashmir Office of State Health Society, .u r at jku pda tes .NHM, J&K (Jammu Office: State Health Society, Near Sainik School, Nagrota, Jammu – 181221/ Kashmir Office: J&K Housing Board Complex, Chanapora, Srinagar – 190015).
The candidates who have obtained degrees through Distance Education Mode from the Universities recognized by the UGC as mentioned in Govt. Order .u r at jkupdates.No. 252-HE of 2012 dated: 30-05-2012 issued by the Higher Education Deptt., Civil Secretariat, J&K after 2005 shall have to submit a certificate from the concerned university along with application form stating that candidate had undergone the degree from their University head-quarters and not from the off-campuses which have been established by these Universities beyond their territorial jurisdiction. Application shall not be accepted in absence of this certificate.
The number of vacancies is only indicative and may increase or decrease.
List of documents to be attached with the application form:
Date of Birth Certificate;
Permanent Residence Certificate;
Degree/ Diploma from the recognized University/ Institute for the required qualification as per the post applied for;
Marks sheet of all semesters/ one consolidated marks sheet indicating marks of all the semesters of the required qualification for the post applied for;
MCl/ Dental Council/ CCIM Registration;
Certificate, if applicable, from the concerned University along with application form stating that candidate had undergone the degree from their University headquarters and
