J&K BOTE Diploma Selection List 2026-27 Out
Provisional/Final Selection List of candidates for Admission in three years diploma programmes under Working Professionals as per the AICTE approval for the academic session 2026-27 in Royal Polytechnic Srinagar and NITS Polytechnic Jammu.

In pursuance of Notification No. 22 of 2026 dated 02-06-2026 and in continuation to admission notice vide endorsement no. BOTE/Exam/2026/167-175 dated 08/06/2026, the candidates have applied online for the admission in three years diploma programmes under Working Professionals in Royal Polytechnic Srinagar and NITS Polytechnic Jammu.
The candidates as per their merit-cum preferences/counselling are hereby provisionally selected for admission in Royal Polytechnic Srinagar and in NITS Polytechnic Jammu as per the Annexure “A” to this notification which is available on website of the Board (www.jkbote.ac.in) only.
The provisionally selected candidates are advised to report to their respective allotted polytechnics w.e.f. 22-07-2026 to 31-07-2026 (04.00 PM) along with the following documents in original:-
a. Marks Card of 10th class.
b. Marks Card of 12th class with pass in Physics/ Mathematics/Chemistry/ Computer Science/ Electronics/Information Technology/ Biology/ Informatics Practices/ Biotechnology/ Technical Vocational subject/ Agriculture/ Engineering Graphics/ Business Studies/ Entrepreneurship Physics, Chemistry and Math.( for those students who have selected on the Basis of 10+2)
c. Technical certificates 02 years (ITI/Poly) (for those students who have selected on the Basis of ITI)
d. Domicile Certificate
e. Minimum of ONE Year Full time / Regular working Experience
f. Professionals working in Registered Industry / Organization (Central / State) / Private/ Public Limited Company/ MSMEs located within 75 KM radial distance from the Institute/Residency.
The candidates are advised to report to the allotted polytechnics up to 31-07-2026 positively. It shall be sole responsibility of the Polytechnics concerned to ensure proper check and verification of documents/ eligibility before the candidate is allowed for admission in 3rd semester under working professionals and in case of any discrepancy in the requisite documents; the same shall be reported to the Board for further course of action under rules. In order to complete admission process within the prescribed cut-off date (31-07-2026) the Principal Polytechnics are requested to designate Nodal Officers to facilitate the candidates to complete their admission process well in time.
Further concerned Polytechnics are advised to fill up the leftover/vacant seats under working professionals in 3rd semester (full time) year 2026 at institution level and admit the eligible candidate as per the AICTE norms for working professional under intimation to this office and submit the hard copy of all the relevant certificates/documents in the office of Secretary JKBOTE Jammu/Srinagar before registration of admitted candidates.
