PM-YASASVI Post-Matric Scholarship Scheme 2026–27
The Office of the District Social Welfare Officer, Reasi, Government of Jammu & Kashmir, has issued a public notice inviting online applications for the Centrally Sponsored PM-YASASVI (PM Young Achievers Scholarship Award Scheme for Vibrant India) Post-Matric Scholarship Scheme for the academic year 2026–27.
The scholarship is available for eligible students belonging to Other Backward Classes (OBC), Economically Backward Classes (EBC), and De-notified, Nomadic & Semi-Nomadic Tribes (DNT) who are studying in recognized Government or Private institutions in Jammu & Kashmir.

Income Eligibility
The total annual family income from all sources must not exceed ₹2.50 lakh per annum.
Educational Eligibility
Applicants must have:
Passed Matriculation (Class 10), Higher Secondary (Class 12), or any higher examination.
Be currently pursuing a recognized Post-Matric course, such as:
Class XI
Class XII
Diploma
Graduation
Post-Graduation
Professional Courses

Important Instructions
Only Indian nationals residing in Jammu & Kashmir and belonging to the eligible categories can apply.
Students must be pursuing approved courses in recognized institutions.
Applications submitted after the closing date will not be considered.
Students already receiving benefits under another State or Central Government scholarship scheme are not eligible under this scheme.
