The Office of the Zonal Education Officer (ZEO), Chinkah has invited applications from eligible candidates for engagement as Seasonal Education Volunteers (SEVs) for Seasonal Education Centres located at Jalyari Top and Sathai Top in Zone Chinkah for the Academic Session 2026–27.
The engagement will be made as per the norms and guidelines issued by the School Education Department, Government of Jammu & Kashmir.

Seasonal Education Centres
Applications are invited for the following Seasonal Education Centres:
Jalyari Top – 1 Vacancy
Sathai Top – 1 Vacancy
Total Vacancies: 2
Minimum Educational Qualification: 12th Pass
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must fulfill the following conditions:
Must possess the prescribed educational qualification as per Government norms.

Must be a resident of the concerned habitation/village where the Seasonal Education Centre is proposed to function.
Selection will be made strictly according to the Government rules, guidelines, and eligibility criteria issued from time to time.

Candidates must submit self-attested copies of the following documents along with the application form:
Duly filled Application Form (prescribed format)
Domicile Certificate
Date of Birth Certificate
Academic Qualification Certificates
Aadhaar Card
Character Certificate
Affidavit duly attested by a Judicial Magistrate stating that the candidate shall have no claim for continuation or regularization of the engagement.
Copy of Mattu for migration to designated Dhokes.
