Important Instructions for Provisionally Selected Candidates:
Provisionally selected candidates are advised to complete their admission formalities on or before 14-08-2026 (up to 4:00 PM).
At the time of admission, candidates must bring the following original documents along with self-attested photocopies:
a. Domicile Certificate.
b. Qualification Certificate (Marks Sheet of 10th Class).
c. Date of Birth Certificate.
d. Category Certificate (SC/ST/OBC/Ex-Serviceman/ PWD/EWS) – if applicable.
e. Self-declaration certificate that he/she has not taken admission in any other Govt./Private Institute.
f. Prescribed Admission Fee.
g. Aadhar Card with photocopy.
h. Five recent passport-size photographs.
