Engagement of Part-Time Tutors
The Office of the Warden, Govt. Gujjar Bakaarwal Boys Hostel, Talwara Reasi, has invited applications from fresh teachers and unemployed youth for the engagement of part-time tutors on a contract basis for a period of six months only.
The engagement is intended for teaching hostel inmates studying in Classes 6th to 12th. Interested and eligible candidates may submit their applications at the Govt. Gujjar Bakaarwal Boys Hostel, Talwara Reasi.
The part-time tutors will be required to teach the inmates during the scheduled evening hours from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, as per the timetable fixed by the office.
Terms and Conditions
The engagement shall be purely temporary and on a contract basis for six months only.
If any part-time tutor remains absent for three consecutive days without proper permission, his/her engagement shall be liable to be cancelled.
The students’ understanding of the subject and their satisfaction with the coaching/teaching provided by the part-time tutor will be taken into consideration. The engagement may be dispensed with at any time without prior notice if the tutor’s performance is not found satisfactory.
The selected part-time tutors shall teach the inmates from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, according to the timetable issued by the office.
If any candidate discontinues the engagement after 10 or 15 days, no remuneration shall be paid.
Eligibility and Remuneration
1. Part-Time Tutors for Classes 6th to 8th
Candidates should possess B.A.Ed./B.Sc. B.Ed. qualification.
Honorarium: Rs. 1,000/- per month per class.
2. Part-Time Tutors for Classes 9th and 10th
Candidates should possess B.A., B.Ed./B.Sc.B.Ed. qualification.
Honorarium: Rs. 1,200/- per month per class.
3. Part-Time Tutors for Classes 11th and 12th
Candidates should possess M.A., B.Ed./M.Sc. B.Ed. qualification.
Honorarium: Rs. 1,500/- per month per class.
