Shree Saibaba Sansthan Trust, Shirdi has invited applications from eligible candidates for appointment as Sai Kirtankars, Sai Pravachankars and Sai Kathakars across all States and Union Territories
of India. The recruitment is intended for candidates who have deep knowledge of the teachings of Shree Sai Baba and considerable experience in propagating those teachings in their local language.

Eligibility Criteria
According to the notification, candidates appointed by Shree Saibaba Sansthan Trust, Shirdi should possess deep knowledge of Shree Sai Satcharitra and Shree Saibaba.
Candidates should also have at least 10 years of prior experience in propagating the teachings of Shree Sai Baba in their local language.
Applicants must not have any criminal proceedings pending against them. A police verification report is required to be submitted along with the application form.
Nature of Work
The selected individuals will be responsible for spreading the teachings and divine work of Shree Saibaba through various religious and spiritual programmes.
Their primary duties will include conducting:
Sai Pravachans
Sai Kirtans
Sai Satsangs
Sai Katha
These programmes are intended to propagate the teachings of Shree Saibaba among devotees and the public.
Monthly Programme Requirement
Selected candidates will be required to conduct a minimum of:
Five Sai Pravachans or Sai Kirtans, or
Two Sai Katha sessions
Each Sai Katha session will be required to last for three days, and the programmes will be conducted based on the teachings of Shree Saibaba.
Honorarium
