Salary 2026
Selected candidates for the Senior Deputy General Manager (E-VIA Grade) post will be appointed on permanent basis with the following pay scale and benefits.
Post : Senior Deputy General Manager (E-VIA Grade)
Pay Scale : ₹90,000 – 3% – ₹2,40,000 + admissible allowances
Apart from basic pay, selected candidates will receive allowances and benefits as per BEL company rules, including Dearness Allowance, HRA, 35% of basic pay as perks, PF, Gratuity, Pension, Group Insurance, Performance Related Pay and Medical Reimbursement for self and dependent family members.
Job Description
The Senior Deputy General Manager role involves technical coordination, business development activities and liaison between BEL Strategic Business Units (SBUs) and various Defence organisations.
Coordinate with Army HQ / Navy HQ / Air HQ, Ministry of Defence, DGQA, DRDO, certification agencies and other PSUs for business requirements.
Participate in product demonstrations, presentations, exhibitions and seminars for promoting BEL products.
Maintain professional networks with customers and related stakeholders for business development.
Provide knowledge and experience related to products and systems supplied to Defence Forces.
Support market intelligence activities and customer support requirements.
Handle other responsibilities assigned by management.
Selection Process
